Our residential design team has designed over 50 luxury private residences, staged over 40 model homes and condominiums; winning numerous awards, including Best of Show, Best Interior Design and Best Lighting Design.

In 2014,the commercial division was launched, specializing in  multi family projects for the community leasing offices, clubhouses, pools, courtyards, models and fitness centers.

Most recently, CDS completed the renovation of a boutique guest resort in the northern Sierras, rounding out our services to include hospitality as well.
